Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to book and enter H-CUE. Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or older. Valid ID may be requested upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse entry.
No Alcohol or Drugs
The consumption or possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any prohibited substances on the premises is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate removal.
Damage Liability
All guests are liable for any damage caused to equipment, furniture, or property during their session. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
No Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside H-CUE. Designated outdoor areas may be available — please ask a member of staff.
Conduct & Respect
We expect all guests to behave respectfully toward staff and other visitors. Aggressive, threatening, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
